Dr. Nadine is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Colorado and pending licensure in the State of Ohio. She earned both her Masters and Doctoral degrees in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from the University of the Rockies and Ashford University. Dr. Nadine has collaborated with individuals who sustained trauma, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, and differential mental health disorders. Dr. Nadine specialized in Equine-facilitated psychotherapy during her pre/post-doctoral internships and completed her research with a heuristic study on Group Equine-facilitated psychotherapy for women who sustained sexual trauma and abuse.
Dr. Nadine specializes in the treatment of symptoms of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and comorbid disorders. She incorporates holistic practice with evidenced-based psychotherapy, such as Nature-based psychotherapy techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation/visualization techniques with Person-centered psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and existential life changes for both men and women. Dr. Nadine’s hobbies include sharing the great outdoors in the form of camping, hiking, and experiential activities with her family, friends and loved Dachshund, Sophie.
